join our teamBUILD events PEOPLE IN THE ROOM WON’T forget
A small team, considered work, and rooms that ask everything of you.
GIAN is intentionally lean, which means you'll sit in creative reviews, walk venues, set tables, and hold rooms far earlier than you would somewhere larger. It also means the standard is high and the pace is real — events don't move deadlines. We train carefully, document everything, and back each other on site. If you're the person who notices the crooked place card from across the room, we'd like to hear from you.
All roles are engaged on an independent contractor basis across Washington and California, per project and per season.
