Full service planning begins at $20,000 — planning and design together, scoped to your weekend. Every proposal is built for you specifically, and we'll walk the numbers through on our first call. No mystery, no rounds of guessing.

We do — $120,000 across your overall event budget for weddings and corporate gatherings, exclusive of our fees. Celebrations are priced custom to the evening. If you're near the line, just ask. It's a short conversation.

Happily, in good company — The New York Times, BRIDES, Over the Moon, Forbes, Martha Stewart, and Travel + Leisure among them. That said, some of our favourite weekends will never appear anywhere, and that's rather the point.

A senior planner holds your weekend day to day, and Reneille is in it throughout — the first conversation, design reviews, production decisions, and the weekend itself. Two people who know your event completely.

A small number, deliberately. We hold a limited set of weekends each season so that yours has the attention it deserves — which is also why twelve to eighteen months ahead is the loveliest place to start.

The whole arc. Budget and vendor sourcing, contracts, creative direction, floor plans, a 3D render of your venue, the full design build-out, and our team on site from load-in to strike. Welcome dinner, wedding day, farewell brunch — planned as one weekend, not three events.

Your people are flying in for this. The welcome dinner, the free afternoon, the morning after — those hours are half of what they'll remember, so we plan them with the same care, and handle the arrivals and room blocks your guests would otherwise sort themselves.

Discreetly, and by default. We work under confidentiality wherever you'd like it, brief vendors accordingly, and never publish or post a single image without your written blessing. Some of our best work you'll simply never see.

Seattle, Los Angeles, SF, and Napa are home. We've also planned weekends in Dallas, Hawaii, Jamaica, and Tuscany, and we'll travel wherever yours is. For destination work, our team is on the ground scouting well before you are.

Of course — bring the people you love and we'll fold them in properly. Rentals, linens, china, and furniture we handle ourselves, ordered under our account so the delivery windows, counts, and returns never touch your calendar.

We don't. The things that make a weekend feel effortless are decided months before anyone arrives — the floor plan, the timeline, who sits where and why. If you're not sure what you need, reach out anyway; where we're not the right fit, we'll happily point you to planners we trust.
