Reneille-Gian is the Founder and Creative Director of GIAN, a Filipino-owned agency rooted in hospitality, heart, and elevated design. Her love for hosting was inspired by her mother’s natural gift for welcoming others—where gatherings were acts of care, connection, and generosity. That early influence became the foundation for her lifelong passion for creating meaningful, beautifully produced experiences.

With nearly a decade of leadership in luxury event production, Reneille has produced refined weddings, destination celebrations, brand activations, galas, and sports-hosted experiences. Known for her calm presence, thoughtful design sensibility, and ability to lead complex productions with grace, she brings both creative vision and operational confidence to every project.

Under her leadership, GIAN has become a trusted partner for clients who value beauty, structure, and emotional impact in equal measure.
