Your guests are travelling for this. We design the whole weekend around them — the welcome dinner, the ceremony, the morning after — and around the traditions your family carries. Three ways in, depending on where you're starting and how far you're going.

  • Everything, from the first conversation to the last car out. We shape the budget, source the venue and every vendor, design the weekend in full, and hold it as one arc — welcome dinner through farewell brunch — with our team on site from load-in to strike. Your family's traditions are built into the design and the run of show from the beginning, not fitted in later.

    Includes: creative direction, palette, floor plans, and a design deck with a 3D render of your venue · budget architecture, vendor sourcing, and contract management · the complete design build-out through our rental partners, styled by our team · production, staffing, and senior leadership on site · guest travel and room blocks through GIAN Concierge.

  • For couples with the venue and key vendors secured, who want the design held entirely. We take the concept from palette to place setting, source everything through our rental partners under our own account, and our team is there on the day to set it — briefing your vendors on the intent and staying until the room is right.

    Includes: concept, palette, and floor plan with a 3D render · tabletop and décor curation, from linens and china to florals, candles, signage and print · rental sourcing managed end to end · on-site styling and install direction · one refined render as production nears.

  • For weekends abroad and far from home — Jamaica, Tuscany, Hawaii, and elsewhere. Everything in Full Service, adapted for distance: local vendors sourced and vetted in market, scouting trips with our team on the ground before you are, and the full multi-day arc from first arrival to last departure.

    Includes: in-market vendor sourcing with contracts reviewed on your behalf · venue scouting and site visits · arrivals, welcome events, excursions and departures · room blocks, group travel and guest communication through GIAN Concierge · shipping, customs, and rental logistics · our team on site for the full weekend.

Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, and private dinners. Smaller rooms, closer detail — at a table of twenty, everything is within reach, so everything is considered. Priced custom to the evening.

  • The whole celebration, held from start to finish. We source the venue and vendors, manage the budget, design the room in full, and run the evening with senior leadership on site through setup and strike.

Budget architecture, venue sourcing, vendor selection, and contracts. The planning calendar is built at the start, so every decision has its own moment rather than arriving all at once.

design

Creative direction, palette, floor plans, and a design deck with a 3D render of your space at design review, refined once as production nears. Then the build — linens, tabletop, installations, and print, sourced and ordered well before anything ships.

production

Fabrication, rentals, AV, staffing, and load-in. Run of show, on-site styling, and senior leadership from the first delivery to the final farewell. By then, you're a guest.

  • Full service planning begins at $20,000. That covers planning and design together — strategy, timeline, budget architecture, vendor management, creative direction, and execution — scoped to the size and shape of your weekend. Every proposal is built for your event specifically, with the numbers walked through on our first call.

  • For weddings and corporate gatherings, we work with a minimum overall event budget of $120,000, exclusive of our fees. That's the total invested across venue, catering, design, and production. Celebrations are priced custom to the evening. If you're near the line, ask — the conversation is a short one.

  • We don't. The things that make a weekend feel effortless are decided months before anyone arrives — the floor plan, the timeline, the order of the night, who sits where and why. Stepping in at the end means inheriting decisions we can no longer shape. If you're uncertain which you need, reach out anyway; where we're not the right fit, we'll point you toward planners we trust.

  • The whole arc. Budget architecture and vendor sourcing, contract management, creative direction and floor plans, a design deck with a 3D render of your venue, the full design build-out through our rental partners, and our team on site from load-in to strike.
