Gian Events works exclusively as a Full Service Event Planner & Designer for weddings with a minimum event budget of $80,000. Our team takes no more than 12 events in a calendar year.

1. Consultation
First things first: let's schedule a quick call to get to know each other better! During this phone meeting, we would like to get to know you and more about your dream event. Tell us your vision, hopes and dreams for your celebration. During this time, we will review our package options and assist you in selecting the best package to fit your needs for the event!
2. Signed Contract
Our team will send over a contract of services that will highlight all of your wedding or event deliverables inside of it. If everything looks good, let's get it signed and begin the party!
3. Kick-off Meeting
Once we've officially onboarded you as a #GianClient, you're officially a part of the Gian family! We will set up a first meeting to discuss the project plan, design elements and more. And of course, we'll have some bubbly waiting for you!
