Your wedding, somewhere worth the flight.
A destination wedding is a travel project and a design project at the same time. GIAN runs both. We scout, negotiate, and design from the Pacific Northwest and California, then land on the ground days before your guests do. Our team has traveled 50+ countries and speaks Spanish, Italian, Tagalog, and Farsi, which tends to matter more than people expect.
How we work
Four phases, in order. Our team arrives early, runs every event, and stays through strike.
Core Planning
Destination and venue shortlist with a side-by-side on cost, capacity, and travel ease. Site visit, contract negotiation including currency, tax, and vendor-import terms, and a budget in local currency.
Design
One design language from welcome drinks to farewell brunch. A 10+ page design deck and a 3D render of your venue, one revision included, so you see the space before you fly.
Production
Local and traveling vendor team sourced and managed by GIAN. Contracts, shipping and customs where needed, local crew, inventory reconciled to final RSVPs.
Coordination
Lead planner and on-site team in-market for the full wedding week. Master timeline, production schedule, and run-of-show for every event.
What's included
Guest travel handled through GIAN Concierge: room blocks, group rates, transfers, and a guest-facing travel guide. Multi-day event design for the welcome event, ceremony, reception, and farewell. Client portal with budget approvals, progress updates, and one decision thread. Destination planning is scoped to the location, guest count, and number of events; fees and travel are confirmed in your proposal after our first call. Recent and favorite destinations: Napa, Hawaii, Jamaica, Tuscany, Las Vegas, Dallas.
