Events that move the number you're measured on.
Every corporate event has a job: raise the fund, close the room, launch the thing, keep the team. GIAN starts with that outcome and designs backward, then produces it with the same guest-centered standard we bring to a wedding. Reneille leads strategy on every engagement; your senior planner runs the build day to day. Trusted by teams at Microsoft, the Seattle Kraken, and the Space Needle.
How we work
Four phases, in order. Your team shows up to host, not to work.
Core Planning
Event brief with goals, audience, KPIs, and a success definition we report against. Budget, venue, vendor team, and a single approval thread for your stakeholders.
Design
Concept, mood board, full design deck, and a 3D render of the space for stakeholder sign-off before production starts.
Production
Vendors sourced and managed: catering, AV, lighting, florals, rentals, entertainment, photo and video. Experiential activations, sponsor deliverables mapped to each tier, program built to final headcount.
Coordination
Speaker flow, awards, VIP handling, and guest communications. Lead planner and on-site team from load-in through strike. Recap with photo delivery and vendor reconciliation within the week.
What's included
Full-service planning begins at $20,000. We work with organizations whose overall event budget is $120,000 and above, exclusive of our fees. Design-and-production-only scopes are available for teams with an in-house coordinator. Recent work includes a 200-guest centennial at RailSpur, a 35-executive retreat at a working ranch, and an arena-hospitality activation program.
