How we work

Four phases, in order. Our team is on site from setup to send-off.

Core Planning

Occasion, guest count, venue, and budget. Venue sourcing, or design for your home, restaurant, or private room, with line-item approvals through your client portal.

Design

One concept that carries the whole night, from the invitation to the last pour. Mood board, full design deck, and a 3D render for events with a build or layout change.

Production

Vendor team contracted: catering, florals, rentals, lighting, entertainment, photo and video. Experiential activations sourced and built: bloom bar, champagne tower, caviar service, immersive installs, custom cocktail programs.

Coordination

Guest list, invitations, and RSVP tracking. Timeline, run-of-show, and vendor load-in schedule. Lead planner and on-site team through strike, so you can be the guest of honor.

Celebrations are priced custom to scope, confirmed in your proposal after our first call. Recent celebrations include a bloom-bar birthday brunch, a candlelit VIP runway dinner for 100, and a 100-year anniversary with a nine-tier champagne tower.
